"DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Hold on to your hats for this... I ended up here because their sister dentist had a water leak. I was there to get an implant and each appointment was a circus. First appointment I had the whole staff trying to get this screw in my gum. They were putting paper down my throat afraid they would drop this little tool and I'd swallow it. The whole ordeal had me stressed. Then they tried double charging me because I wasn't their customer and the communication between offices suck. The grand finale was when I finally got the implant they had a new doctor who wasn't on my insurance install it so I find out after the fact that I have to wait for a paper check at my house (which still hasn't came) and bring it up to the office. The whole time I was seen by them I was seen by a dentist that was covered so insurance payments were between the insurance and the office like usual. Well now I'm in collections still waiting on the check and I can't get through to tell them about it. I've told the story to their third party answering service who finally told me that I should drive up there to tell them about it. More like Dentistry of Lake Worthless 2/21/2024 I just called. That's the number I've been calling and getting answering service on. If you truly want to resolve this for me give me another number way of reaching you."

"If I could score higher I would but I can't. I want to thank these 3 people personally. First Derek the insurance specialist he worked his magic when I didn't have the total income I needed to put a down payment and allowed me to still be seen and get the work I desperately needed. Next Dr. K the dentist he explained to me what the process was going to be on one of my teeth. He took his time and sculpted this beautiful crown on my tooth and made me feel so comfortable. Of course I can't forget Dr. Waldon she is absolutely amazing in what she does I had to get a root conal but was so nervous she made sure to walk me through every step and every thing she was doing to my mouth she made sure I was comfortable at all times she did a amazing job on my tooth. I have no pain after my root conal this is the dentist I will now go to and recommend to everyone"

"Excellent care by everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. Giselle did a thorough cleaning, was very gentle, and explained everything. I highly recommend this dentist office."

"Be super careful when choosing your dentist. I scheduled an appointment for a basic teeth clean but it turned into a teeth cleaning sales package of over $1,000. Then they doubled down on NOT doing the original basic cleaning that I signed up for. Economy isn’t good under the Brandon Administration, but I didn’t think it was this bad. I can’t say I’ll recommend"
