"what i like about this general dentist is the fact that they accept patients who aren’t able to afford dental benefits. what i don’t like is how EXPENSIVE the services are, without dental insurance, at Monarch. i also don’t like how the dentist wouldn’t prescribe me any painkillers for pulled teeth after asking me about any prior history with narcotics, which i was kind enough to be honest with her about when i should of just said no. otherwise, they do a good job there. i just recently got my teeth worked on… every appointment i’ve ever had at this location (including when i got my teeth pulled) didn’t take too long. they give you lidocaine if any pain is experienced during a session and the dentists always check to make sure a patient is comfortable before proceeding with any dental surgeries."

"Took my daughter to the dentist for the first time. We were both really nervous. The entire staff made her feel so comfortable. Dr. Horner was so sweet and walked my daughter through every move. It was an amazing experience!"

"I came here to get braces. The Doctor and staff were very friendly! I never felt pressured to get any services and they always gave me options. Shoutout to Miss Chris who has been doing my monthly checkups and the friendly receptionist at the front with the long dreads who is so sweet and always has a big smile on her face."

"Just wow. I go in knowing I will need dentures, yet still had 2 appointments to get a $45000 estimate! Really? They didn't even offer a cheaper alternative, just how much I could finance with them at 30%+ interest. That's just extraordinarily high for anyone in my opinion, I will not and do not recommend there services. Staff was polite, but it's just a corporate machine taking every cent it possibly can. Find a local dentist you will be happier."

"This was by far the MOST FABULOUS Dental experience I have had in 60+ years!! I was taken in on an emergency case as my previous dentist wouldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. Dr. Horner was VERY PATIENT with me as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentist. She listened to ALL of my concerns and was very gentle. So did Megan the RDA that was with me most of the time. They work together as a team EXCEPTIONALLY well!! I didn't feel like I was being drowned or suffocated by so much water or too many instruments in my mouth at once. Casey was VERY HELPFUL and pleasant!! There was another office person who was very nice, but I wasn't able to catch her name. I hope to the next time. I am changing from my old dentist office to this one for sure!!"
