"Great experience for being a dental appointment! The entire staff here is professional and so kind. I went in for an initial visit and cleaning; however, I have some other things that required attention first so Dr. Schaake made sure that he prioritized my care to ensure I wasn’t put through any unnecessary discomfort or additional trauma and spent extra time explaining it to me. "Very pleasant office with friendly staff. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Friendly receptionist with a cute friendly dog visiting the office.The insurance paperwork had the same questions they all do and wasn’t difficult to follow. I had x-rays done and Dr. Mike showed me the x-rays on a TV screen and even explained what I was seeing. The exam was quick and professional and I was much at ease. The hygienist was very concerned with my comfort throughout the cleaning process. This was my first experience watching a program on a ceiling-mounted TV during a cleaning. It was an interesting show and the cleaning was done before I knew it! Completely painless. This family practice is a great place for anyone who’s a little apprehensive about dental work. "I can’t say enough of how wonderful Dr. Schaake and the entire office was. I had a situation in which my tooth broke and needed to be seen quickly. I recently moved to the area and called his office and they were able to fit me in without hesitation. Dr. Schaake was so friendly, professional and was able to fix my tooth with no problem. He made sure I was always comfortable and explained everything he was doing and what it would feel like. I would recommend this office whole heartedly."
