"Went in for an issue with my tooth in February, and I was told by a young lady that I had to have a root canal and crown. (Didn't think it was in that bad of shape). I told her I didn't have that kind of money, so it would need to be pulled if that was the case. She went on to say she really wasn't sure if I had an active infection or inactive one. (Still not sure what that means). She then decided we could fill it instead and told me to reschedule for that. She literally went from one extreme to the next as to what needed to be done. Didn't ask someone else to look at the films to make sure because she clearly didn't have a clue. I left and went to another dentist. It was a simple filling, and that dentist looked confused as he didn't know what was an active or inactive infection was either. There was no infection. I felt they are trying to get you to do very expensive unnecessary procedures. And now trying trying to charge me for this scam."

"Ok guys. I don't know how Dr. Wright managed this but he actually made me laugh. Who heard of going to the dentist office and actually being at ease enough to laugh twice. And I have to get serious. Dr. Wright has managed to maintain a very high degree of professionalism. But here is the thing I want to take this opportunity to sing the praises for the billing. I probably won't get this name right but she deserves praises. Callie does an outstanding job. When she mailed my bill she left me a note and I knew exactly what the insurance said. Every trip I knew exactly where I stood. The whole medical profession could learn from this office and from CALLIE. Thank you Callie and a job well done you are credit to Dr. Wright office, I give you more than 5 out of 5 stars as well. I saw Dr. Wright when I was 61yrs. old and again 3 years later. Dr. Wright remember and Jessica remember me from 3 years ago. They even remember working on me because they told me" oh I remember you Dwight how are you. But they said it like a old friend" I would definitely recommend this dentist and his people. For sure. This office is 100% professional. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wright and his staff. 10 stars out of 5 stars if I could. The girl that worked on me would not stop until the fit of my two front crowns was perfect. All Staff are very personable. They explained every step and a couple times took impressions and showed me exactly what was what. Sincerely Dwight Solomon"

"the worst dentist, don't waste your time or money at this particular dentist office. I was scheduled to see them as my government office had outsourced my care to a private dentist out in town. I showed up thinking I was going to get a bridge put in, and then the dental tech came back and told me they were no longer working with the VA. Mind you I was originally supposed to see them for a tooth that was in bad shape over 4 months ago and when I was finally able to make it they told me they no longer work for with the VA this was after they had already taken x-rays for me"

"I first meet Dr. Wright in 2005. Excellent service always stopped by for a quick chat even if it was just a cleaning. Relocation and job changes caused me to change dentist till I retired in 2021. When I returned to Dr. Wright in 2021 it was for a new flipper. His assistant handling my treatment was ok but not Dr. Wright. No problem there and we finally got a flipper I could live with. Last month the front tooth broke off and I was seen by an intern who said the flipper would be replaced at no cost to me. The kind of treatment Dr. Wright is known for. However after the cast was taken it all became sort of like I wasn’t a paying customer so just wait. When my flipper was due back the intern informed me my case could not be found but she would let me know. Several days passed no contact. I phoned for an update and was told it would be a few days. When I went to have my flipper fitted it was a nightmare experience even for me an old retired person on Medicare. Could now hardly get this monstrosity of a thing in my mouth. The intern insisted and with some grinding and pushing finally we got it to fit somewhat. None of my reluctance seemed to matter. Even though it was painful to do and once inserted just flopped around I told her all was fine just let me up and left. Not once, not once did the dentist speak with me or make any attempt to see how it was going. With regrets I am again leaving Dr. Wright. I don’t think he is aware of this treatment on one of his customers. Maybe this will help someone when deciding on this dentist. Well it has been right at 4 weeks since I left a review of my visit to the dentist. The day after posting my review I contacted Dr. Wright’s office and explained how unhappy I was with my flipper and overall visit. The receptionist was most understanding and helpful. She set me up with an appointment the very next day. Was ready to switch dentist, didn’t expect much would go better. To my surprise every effort possible was made to correct any issue with my flipper and visit. The dentist and I decided on new impressions and detail instructions to lab. Picked up my new flipper today and felt like I was in the old office of Dr. Wright. My flipper was excellent and the dentist spoke with me to make sure all my concerns had been taken care of. I am pleased to say I am once again a very happy patient of Dr. Wright’s service. This should serve to remind us that a little communication can fix it. Franklin Franklin Nichols"
