"This practice is top notch from the second you walk in the door. My husband visited a couple of months before I did, and raved about every aspect of his visit. Up until my recent appointment, he kept telling me how much I would love the staff and how professional all of them were. Boy did he nail it! I recently have had two terrible experiences with other dental offices so I had a lot of anxiety going in for the treatment of correcting what other dentists screwed up. I have now found my dental family. My hygienist Shayla was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable. She was the first to put me at ease. Dr. Novak came in and sealed the deal. "This place is by far the best dentist I've seen. Friendly staff, clean facilities, they make you feel comfortable and welcome! Even a welcome card was mailed to me with a message from the Dr! They explained everything in detail and easy to understand. Shayla was great, people oriented and passionate about what she is doing. She treated me like we were friends! I'm looking forward to my next appointment. That's a lot to say about going to see "the Dentist" usually is one appointment that may be painful and uncomfortable but they somehow make it a lot better and even fun."

"A wonderful experience! Multiple nameplates on the counter for each person working there. Staff acknowledges you, even if they are on the phone. They knew my name before I told them. They are on the ball. Every person from reception, x-ray technician, dental hygienist, to the dentist himself introduced themselves and was very personable and pleasant. Reviewed treatment options in detail, plainly showing images and giving reasoning. Flexible and ready to listen as well as advise. Everyone was super helpful. Good people. I highly recommend!"
