"Terrible attitude by older woman employee 20 mins before closing on July 9th. Controlled my emotions and ended up buying 2 pairs (checked out before closing time) but she was passive aggressive/rude. When I asked for a larger size bc they run a little big and then ended up wanting the smaller size bc it fit better, she said "I thought 8.5 were big" as if there is no point in trying different sizes. And then one of the pair had scratches, it was on display, she got rid of one, then I asked about the other scratch and she again had an attitude. Unacceptable when the customer is nothing but respectful and hasn't entered the store 5 mins before closing. Hope she was just having a bad day and she's not always like this. The young lady was better but I could tell even she's influenced by it."

"Worst experience ever!! I walked into the store with a item I had to return then the employee named Norma asked me am I sure that I walked in the store with the box. I said yes and showed her my online order number. She told me that if I did online purchase I only can do online return. I checked the return policy of Clarks, I can return the item both online and in store. She was very rude and despicable. I would never want to shop there again. They really need to focus on their costumer manners. I would rate it 0 stars if I had too. Clarks customer service is closed on Sunday.I will call the customer service tomorrow in the morning and let them know about my unacceptable experience!"

"Initially, I went in to Clark's just to browse because my job is returning back to office from Covid and I needed a pair of comfortable shoes. Upon entering the store, Erik immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and notified me of the 2 for $99 current promotion that was going on. I quickly found 3 pairs of shoes that I needed but I needed to find 1 additional pair to get the promotion on all 4 shoes. Erik saw that I needed help and offered to hold my 3 pairs of shoes at the front and then proceeded to go on a manhunt to find the 4th shoe in the size that I needed. He even informed me that if the size I needed was unavailable at the store, he would have it shipped to my home. Thankfully, the store had the size I needed and I was able to secure the promotion on all 4 pairs of shoes. Throughout my time in the store, Erik remained cognizant of my needs and offered me heel pads to place at the backs of my heels. I am so thoroughly impressed at how friendly and helpful Erik was and I will be sure to come back soon!!"

"They had quite a bit of selection- especially being an outlet store. Staff was very helpful in showing me where shoe sizes were. They were offering a great deal on their shoes. Buy 1 pair get another for $10. Not sure if that was everyday offer. However, great deal since shoes are already discounted."
