"If I can, I will give her 0 star, she said she is the store manager, and left me a card with a name of Jane Davidson. We like a pair of shoes, however, the right shoe is obviously used as sample, and has many wrinkles. Unfortunately it is the last pair. The gentleman (dark skin) told me he can make it shiny. When we tried to buy it, she told us we have to buy those stuff to make shoe shiny, they can’t make it free. We decided to buy another pair. After purchasing, we found that the price doesn’t match with the price tag we saw. When we returned and even didn’t say anything, she simply asked us to return the shoes. As ECCO royal customers, all our family members wear ECCO for more than 10 years, it is shame to have her in the store to sell ECCO shoes. In case her name is not Jane Davidson, she has long black hair."

"Today the customer service was bad. The elderly lady was fuzzy all the time but I tolerated. My sister bought two pairs of shoes, and the lady squeezed them in one paper bag. My sister said it was hard to hold the bag that way and these shoes were gifts, so she would like them in separate bags to present to her friends. The lady refused to do so, saying there was not enough bags. She then walked out from behind, holding the bag high, telling us it was easy to carry it. My sister asked for separate bags again, and the elderly lady refused again. My sister didn't return the shoes because she spent about one hour to decide which shoes to buy. She didn't want to waste her time. I bought a pair of shoes also. They were OK when I tried on them. Don't know how they will last yet. The customer service is definitely bad. I doubt I will come here to buy shoes in the future."

"Disappointing by the customer service. Visit time: 13th of October 2023 around 5pm. What happened: Purchased three items. The price tag and the price on the receipt do not match. Discovered after we paid. We went back to store to confirm. There is a lady with a dark long hair who refused to reconfirm after we explained, she did not even take a look on the receipt and jump on the conclusion, said the machine never went wrong. A good thing is that another man with a bit grey hair and glasses, who helped us on finding the cause with very friendly and reasonable attitudes. He should earn all the credits from this purchase from my perspective."

"I just left this store and the cashier there named Denise was the sweetest lady ever! Super friendly and helpful! They have all kinds of classy shoes to fit your business needs and attire! They're a little pricey I think though! If you park on row E by the main entrance, turn left at the first walkway and Ecco is located a little down on the right hand side!!"

"Oh no horrible customer service. They didn't open there doors until 11 a.m. and when they did, the overwhelming odor of fresh burnt Marijuana overwhelmed it. I endured it to get help with shoes for my husband. When I asked the young black man wearing the Marijuana leaf mask for his assistance he was slow to respond. I had brought in the ECCO hybrid, and was looking to repolish the blue/grey color. He said I could use a White revive polish on blue/grey shoes. Now if I wanted to complete ruin the $200 pairshoes I could have done that. So instead of getting any help or purchasing more shoes I left. I will not be spending anymore money or time in this location."
