"Whoever tightened my mom’s Lug nuts on her vehicle over tightened them and stripped the threading. Changing a tire should be one of the easier task you could come by. Don’t use this tow company for they will just put the blame on you and only hang up their phones like the cowards they are when you confront them."
"Poor customer service. Unable to answer the simplest of questions (ie “what’s your zip code?). I called to ask for their address. Was blocked from calling back and was unable to get a quick response. Thank God my car wasn’t with them but my condolences to those that are forced to work within them."
"I didn't even want to give them a star. He gave me a quote in the evening. Then when I called them back in the morning. He asked me what he quoted me. Then raised the price double. Screw that."
"Worst service ever I had to pay almost $600 to get my car out fee after fee. I don't know how many fees they invented to get more money plus the every day fee. Then the owner did not want to release the car to the shop cause he wasn't there. They have a sign they r open 24/7 and he made them wait for over an hour. If you claim that your business "is open 24/7" why in the world would they have to wait for more than an hour to release the car? When all the fees were paud...I am not happy with their service at all and would never recommend this service to anybody. Oh and he also hanged up on the girl from the wreck service of the shop. Very rood people. If there was an option of zero or half star I would give it but the lowest is a full star still too much for the kind of service."
"the most rude customer service ever...its the weekend and had to drive out to their office because they couldnt tell me over the phone if the had my truck who knows why not...then once there had to wait in the sun before i could get some help...then after 20 minutes tells me the dont have truck...after i drove 30 minutes"
