"Talked to Omar, bought some windshield wipers and asked if they were an easy install and he said yes. After a few minutes having a hard time outside went in to return them. I asked if he didn't know how to put them if that's why he didn't offer to help, and he responded "Well, you didn't ask". The day was slow, I was parked in front and if I have to teach this fool about offering a helping hand (which others auto parts stores have done without me having to ask), he shouldn't be in the front selling parts, maybe he is a good fit for a janitor."
