"I wasn’t very happy with my last service at this facility. Service was good but upon inspecting my batteries i had a corroded battery terminal. The service advisor told me they would clean all my terminals on both batteries for 29.95. So I agreed to have it done for 29.95. When I get the bill they only charged me 29.95 to do it but there was a 15.12 shop charge for the repair order which I was not told about. So I ended up paying 45.07 to have my battery terminals cleaned. If I had known I would not of had it done. Service advisor said there was nothing he could do about the shop charge. When someone tells me they will do something for a certain price, that price is what I expect to pay. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this place in the future. I expect them to be honest with me when they tell me a price."
"We have been a loyal customer since we purchased our vehicle in 2017. Took our car there for all services, big or small, from oil change, inspection, to installation of a whole set of new tires. Currently have our vehicle in the shop for an engine replacement, and Mr. Oscar Gonzalez, the shop manager, as well as Mr. George Rivera, the service advisor, have been very helpful in making sure my needs are met."
