"The rear tire on driver's side peeled off while driving on frontage rd. The wrecker took my Tahoe to firestone, at 11am. I was called by 1:50pm by firestone letting me know that vehicle was ready for pick-up. The store had enough tire inventory in stock, to work on my truck. They did diagnostics testings on my truck and gave me back recommendations reports copies. I charged the tire purchase on my firestone card, which allows me to pay back in 6 months, interest free. Which is a great asset on the store's customer service finance. It helps your customers when unexpected repairs occur. I will be returning back to the Weslaco location, to purchase new tires for my Nissan vehicle."
