A two year free replacement warranty was voided because information was entered incorrectly at time of purchase.....bad battery within warranty terms, no warranty honored. How's that for a grab ur ankles moment?!!!! The associate with too much make up needs to go back to Autozone school...she insisted on being involved in my transaction when I was being helped by someone else. FTP. Save ur apology."
"Went in at 10Am purchased a part that was in harlingen store, had me wait all day till 5pm clock to be told part wont be there till following day, i could have gotten the part my self instead of waiting all this time, terrible customer service.. waiting for my part to get there nd will never return to that store again."
