"visited this shop because of a oxygen sensor on my truck. Owner told me they could swap it out for a new one. So I decided to leave my truck at their service shop. After truck was fixed and drivable again I decided to pick it up from their shop. Owner of shop said it would be $240 for the oxygen sensor and labor. Didn't think he would charge me that amount for a simple swap specially oxygen sensor being located in an easy get to area. When I got on my truck to turn on my truck notice the A/C cranked all the way up, had to turn it down. One month later I had an assuming miss fire on the highway right before dropping off kids to school. Thought it could just be a battery issue but it wasn't since I replaced terminals and battery at the same time. I decided to take the truck for a diagnostic test and a code for crank shaft position sensor came up. Then I decided to purchase sensor and replace it myself. As I was getting ready to take bolt of sensor, notice the bolt already loose causing the miss fire on my truck. I don't want to assume the worst and assume that this mechanic shop could be playing dirty with their customers. But this sensor was located right next to the one they fixed (oxygen sensor) First thing that came to my mind was this over charged Job they had done for me. Either way I made a choice never to take my vehicle to this shop anymore. Due to my findings. I will start working on my get it done yourself service From now on."

"Crooks, be ware.... They charged me for a new starter and put in a used part on my car with junkyard markings. I only found out about it because my car broke down days later and I had to call another mechanic to come check my car. They left about 6 bolts lose around that area of the engine and rigged the used starter to fail. They left the ground wired barely attached. Now I had taken my car there three times before that and every time my car stalled within a month or so. I know now they were rigging my car to stall. If you use these people use at your own risk, ask for old parts that were replaced and packaging and receipts of the new parts also save the receipt from the work they do to your vehicle."
