"Came in to Christmas shop after work and wasn’t the best dressed if I’m being honest.With that being said , I’ve bought numerous shoes here and have even talked to the workers , but only on days I look more presentable. I came in with the intention of buying 3 pairs of shoes and walked away empty handed after being looked at with disgust and being profiled. These definitely lost my respect today."
"I have never felt so unwanted in a store… I lasted 3 minutes there. I came in wanting a lifestyle shoe and a running shoe. The man that “helped” me was very unhelpful and honestly seemed like he didn’t want to sell me shoes. When I asked if they carried the lifestyle shoe I wanted, he gave me bad reviews of them and told me they didn’t sell well. So if a shoe didn’t sell well, I am not allowed to try them on? Then I asked to try on an older version of the fresh foams and he also was negative and said they probably did not have my size. Prior to this, he asked me to be specific on which shoe so I stood in the store googling which shoe I wanted to try on when I’m in new balance store and he could have helped me. I left without trying any shoe nor was offered any suggestions or alternative. I wasn’t even offered the new fresh foams to try on. Go to Luke Lockers or Fleet Feet… they can give better suggestions and are helpful."
"The best customer service around! I am a repeat customer, because the NB 1540s are the best there is for my needs! These shoes were suggested to me by a salesperson at this store, and I love them. I’ve even gone back for a second pair since! The knowledge and helpfulness of the people at this store is a welcome change from the expected lack of customer service that is the norm these days. They have made me a customer for life!"
