On one such occasion, he discovered the Jimmy Choo store in Highland Park Village. When Deana, Shadow, and I entered the boutique, Brent welcomed us warmly and even offered Shadow a bowl filled with water. Shadow gives Jimmy Choo 5 Paws!"

"The lack of customer service from “kentrica” is disappointing. I walked in to pick up my online order in great attitude there was a man getting his gift wrapped; since mind you Christmas is around the corner. I asked if I could get my gift wrapped and without her even asking Kyler she stated he wouldn’t be able to because “they were too busy” once she saw the frustration in my face and saw customers leaving she then stated “oh now he has time he will do it.” Sad she must of seen me as less than the other customers smh. I want to give a major shout out to Kyler for being such an amazing sales rep. You made me feel very welcomed and appreciated."
"I just left the store with my fiancé and she was treated very poorly. The guy who actually helped her buy the shoes was extremely nice to her. Somewhere somehow another short guy came and treated her poorly. Perhaps it’s because of her race. I will never come back. As a doctor who serves my community I am always happy when I am doing my job. I just feel like if you’re not happy selling shoes and dealing with customer service then don’t do it!"
