I left without purchasing anything because they were rude and dismissed my concerns immediately without asking the appropriate parties."

"Store was very unorganized and short staffed. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to help with finding a boot size. They would just walk right past people and not offer help. The checkout employees were rude to other customers and when I tried to use a coupon they harassed me like I was trying to lie about how I received my discount coupon. Very unprofessional and will not return."

"store with a totally unprepared manager I bought a boot in another location in the same store and the boot had a problem so I tried to exchange it there for the same model Total the manager told me he can't exchange it because it's close to a Holiday and he doesn't want to mess with the stock I immediately called the usual service from him and I was also poorly attended, I am very disappointed because it is a store that I always bought from and I never had problems. #cavenders #ridiculous #employeesneedtraining"
