"Don't bother unless you want UGLY shoes NO ONE ELSE WANTED. Stopped in to check on Saucony shoe sale 60% off. They had 5 boxes on a rack next to the clearance section with a sign saying 60% off, giving examples of if the price is this it's NOW THIS PRICE. The shoes in the 5 boxes were odd sizes, like a 4 or 13.. in wrong sized boxes. They had many of the exact same pairs in the "main clearance area racks" just mixed in with all the other clearance shoes. When I found my size of the exact same pair that was on the discount rack, took them to check out. They would not honor the discount, geeky greasy haired manager type came to assist the associate checking me out. She said the discount is only for those shoes on the rack with the discount sign. Why are size 4 & 13 discounted but not an 11? Perhaps bait & switch, she was blunt, got pushy and then kept saying.. HAVE A GOOD DAY.. very snickery. dismissive and with a misplaced attitude of prestige. LOL, I told her to shove them. How ridiculous that the exact same pair is 60% off, but not the exact same pair just put in a different location. Tons of shoes in the wrong sized boxes.. you have to manually check the sizes.. Messy management, employees hanging out together looking out the windows, store is disorganized and crammed with ugly cheap shoes.. She didn't care, and I told them to remove my information from any emails or marketing. They have ugly, old, cheap and stinky shoes no one wanted when they were at a better quality store. Avoid this location, and DSW all together. Cheap ugly, stinky unhelpful service. Why bother? Better deals online."
"I went to just look, but with their great prices and cool selection, I purchased a pair of wedges that I love and already received a lot of compliments. The store is huge and has an awesome variety of shoes, boots, sandals and more... I will go back!"
