"Today in Shoe Carnival 1700 N Hwy 77, Waxahachie, TX 75165 the manage Maia creamed at a kid telling him to get down from a box of shoes which he wasn't on the top. The mom got mad for the manager screaming at her kid and then the manager yelled at her to get out of the store and threatened her that she was going to call the cop to get her out which made her kid get terrified and started crying. She then tell the mom that she was going to tell the cop that she hit her on the face which the mom didn't so after the manager started making fall accusations the mom called the cop and the manager run away and when the cops arrived they said they couldn't do anything."
"My son picked up a shoe to show me, I told him no and to put it back, being a typical kid, he laid it back down not where it should be…the lady there rudely shouted “hey can you please quit putting shoes everywhere they shouldn’t be?!” He was so embarrassed, I hope he learned his lesson but it was so unprofessional, loud and rude. We won’t be back. She could have easily pulled me aside or him."
"I was able to easily exchange a pair of severely damaged shoes with ease. I bought them and 3 days later they were completely falling apart. The manager let me exchange them for a different pair without any argument. Great customer service."
