"Bring your own bags! Didn't know they don't provide bags any more. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. Ask a young lady for help and her facial expression and body language gave off a "you are bothering me " tone. Hoping they know people can go else where. Especially after I bought 4 or 5 pairs of show, with the cheapest being $60. Your customers have many choices!"
"Worst shopping experience of my life. Do not shop here, they literally put my household at harms way. Purchased a leather backpack online when I picked it up @ store. I had to do a return because they sent the wrong item. (Shoes instead of bag) when the 2nd order delivered at home it was covered in mold. It gave me a headache and left my hand sticky. Brought it back to get my money back and now after 30 minutes of manager logging into her account, finally got my money back. Not to mention all the gas I burned coming to the store. I will never ever ever shop at DSW again. Rather shop at Walmart then this store. As an Ex stitchfix Merchandise Operatorations Specialist. I can't believe they actually shipped this to me. Just sad, it's hard to find good help now in days...."
"I have been to Cedarhill store within 2 weeks. I wanted to let the company know that each time Manger Kim has helped me and her professionalism is top of the line. She is always friendly and doesn't mind answering any of my questions about coupons and basically any concerns. I spoke to her about ordering a boot in a different color because I explained to her I had to have surgery on my large toe. With that being said, she assisted me in ordering shoes for the comfort of my feet. Thank you, Kim, for all your help."
