"Very disappointed!! This was my first time here. I was referred by a friend of mine. There were only 3 people working and there were only 3 other customers when my daughter and I came in. I was sat after 1 hour of waiting. I then was brought a bowl of very hot acetone to soak my nails in and some paper towels and was told to rub my nails very few minutes to loosen the previous SNS on my nails. Then I sat there for 30 mins!! I took my own SNS off!! Then my new SNS was being applied and all three alternated between myself and all of the customers trying to get people done. My nails look horrible!! I even said something about the waves and bumps and was told oh, it will even out once clear coat is dry. Umm. NO!! I was also charged for taking my own SNS off!! I will NOT be back and will NOT refer anyone."
