"Ridiculous... Waited for 5 hrs to get daughter's nails done! Would have walked out but due to working all week and promising daughter to get her nails done and not wanting her to wait until next week, we waited! 5 hours later and they weren't done right!!! TERRIBLE!!!"

"I used to love this place but not anymore. I went today with my daughter. We were literally there for 3 1/2 hours for us to both get pedicures and nails. They left me sitting in the chair with my feet in scolding hot water for so long that the water literally turned cold. They done almost all of my daughters pedicure then someone came in to get their nails done and instead of finishing with my daughters pedicure and then moving on to the other person they told me daughter to get up and go get her nails started. After an hour or so they finally done my pedicure which was nice but I couldn't even enjoy it because by that time I was already irritated. My daughter and I wanted matching designs on our nails and we went in with a photo for reference. They studied the photo several times. She ended up getting her nails done with the design and it was super cute. It then took 2 hours to get my nails done. I finally decided to not even get the design and get get my nails the same color as my toes. 3 1/2 hours and $245 later we left completely irritated! How were 2 pedicures and 2 gel sets of nails $245? They said the pedicures were $40 each and $10 extra for gel. I paid $110 for 2 pedicures. My daughter paid $135 for 2 sets of nails. They got mad and started laughing and talking in their native language when they couldn't talk me into getting extra things. They took so long because they were more worried about everyone coming in the door and getting them done before they were worried about getting us finished and out of there. Next time we go on a mom/daughter date it will be to a different nail salon. They are overpriced and it took far too long! Save yourself time and $ and go somewhere else."

"My daughter and I went there Sunday afternoon the lady who did my nails cut my thumb and left it bleeding. By Monday early afternoon my right index finger polish was peeling off. Went back to have it fixed, no problem. Well today my thumb nail on my right hand (the one she cut) is very sore and the polish has come completely off. For the $50+ dollars I was charged they should've done better work. Very disappointed in this place. Will not be going back"

"I came here to get a manicure, and a pedicure. As soon as I was seated for the pedicure, I had two plastic baggies put on my hands, with the nail oil. Then I got the pedicure done, then 2 girls gave me my manicure, one on each hand. I was in there about 30 minutes, and they were done with me. The work they did was good. What I did not like was, there was no real relaxing, no enjoyment. I expect one person to do both, the manicure, and the pedicure. For what I have to pay, there should be more relaxing, and more enjoyment. Not the in and out treatment. That's not what I'm paying for. I have not been back, nor will I go back.
