"REALLY Bummed. I had a great experience for my first visit. The staff was wonderful and I loved my hair-cut. However, I wish they were a little more lenient for rescheduling. I understand that an appointment is your time, but you can't always plan for a stomach bug 48hrs in advance. I was charged full price! I guess I should have showed up and risked throwing up all over the place. Haha! The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Which is unfortunate because now I have to find a new salon!"

"They are so sweet and professional. From the moment you walk in they greet you and make you feel so welcome. Throughout my service I was offered drinks several times. Kristian was amazing. She really listened to me and my concerns. She took her time and made sure that I left happy with my service. She’s so down to earth and made it a great experience. We talked most of the service but even the moments of silence didn’t feel awkward. There was no pressure. She’s a sweetheart. My before (from a different salon) and after is such a big difference. I would give this salon 10 stars if it was an option."
