"Awesome place to get your western wear they have a great selection of jeans, boots, and cowboy hats. Whatever you do, don't get your cowboy hat shaped here. I bought a $300 Resistol cowboy hat, and took it to get shaped they messed it up right in front of me. They took about an hour trying to fix it but made it worse. I am returning that hat and buying another one somewhere else."
"There's something about this location that stands above the other Cavenders. I took my buddy for boots because I talked them up too much. He tried the one in the stockyards but was unimpressed so I told him let's just try the one in Hurst & he bought a pair of boots after the salesman helped him on his lunch break. The salesman wouldn't take a break & even insisted on helping my buddy decide on his boots until he'd take a lunch. AMAZING service, great selection & great prices!"
"Minus the cashiers and manager the rest of the staff is fantastic, only one staring this place because of them. They refused my gift card, when I asked to talk to someone else they still said no it won’t work. When I came home, my girlfriend called for me and they said they do take gift cards. I spent a long time the first trying to get boots with a gift card and then I still had to drive back and deal with it again, spent about a total of 3.5hrs on this all. The cherry on top is waiting a week for the money to be refunded while they still charge me the difference. All the manager said was my bad. I believe it was as Rick who helped me with the boots and he was really helpful and nice."
