"If I could give a 0 star I would my hair was done wrong and it faded even though the hair dresser said if I use the shampoo that it wouldn't fade quickly so 3 weeks later my hair is green instead of blue and magenta instead of purple it wasn't blended right so now it looks really bad so I called the manager and she was super rude and basically said there's nothing they can do they tried to get more money out of me by saying they can touch it up and set a price I'm never going back and I don't think you should go here the manager was unprofessional the picture is when I 1st got it done and they didn't even blech my hair right it was supposed to be platinum blonde but it was strawberry blonde"

"I brought my autistic daughter to this salon for her very first hair dye experience. I told the stylist she is autistic and sensative to multiple things before we even startered. She had a photo of exactly what she wanted, and the stylist assured her that she could do this style and color combo, but it didn't turn out anything like what we expected. It was very dark instead of vibrant when she finished, and it didn't fade into the next color like we asked and showed in the picture. We assumed it might lighten a little over time and be closer to the colors, but not turn completely different ugly colors. The stylist said nothing about it, changing colors to puke green in just 2 weeks. She even convinced her to spend more money on their fashion color shampoo, and conditioner... but it did not help at all. So, finally, 3 weeks later when my daughter finally felt brave enough to call in and ask them about it... The manager was rude, tried to convince her to spend more money, and pretty much told us that they told us the info they didn't. The fact is the bleach wasn't left on long enough or applied effectively, and her hair wasn't able to retain the color because the bleach was done wrong. Now the color is puke green from blue in 2 weeks time, patchy, and not cute like the expectation, but this manager saw fit to yell at, demean, and belittle an autistic 15yr old girl when she realized I wasn't going to put more money into their mistakes. Horrible customer service, so here is the review I promised the manager, and we called corporate as well."
