"My daughter went here for some basic nail polish for our holiday visit to her grandparents out of town. However, she left crying because of how bad they looked. I mean she was literally crying at checkout and that didn't seem to bother anyone. Then to top it off, at checkout customers are charged an additional $3 to use a debit card. I understand the are processing fees businesses must pay each time, but is that not the cost of doing business. Your product should have your expenses and profit built into the price, not a surprise bonus at checkout. That is deceptive! I look at pricing before I go places and I "assume" the listed price is the price. I shouldn't be mislead because you didn't correctly build your pricing. And again, don't forget the really bad polish job. These pictures are just after leaving in the car."

"Wish I read the reviews sooner. I went because I needed my feet done after walking in new cowgirl boots for hours. I wasted my money paying for a pedicure when I should’ve just asked for a new gel set… honestly I should’ve just gone to my old faithful. It was a Friday evening and I knew everywhere else would be busy and I saw that this place was still open and not busy at all. I figured I would give them a try. I was the only person there and I should’ve known then it was a mistake. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, there was a $3 service charge to use a debit card and my pedicure and French gel nail polish took maybe 25 minutes! Once I get to my destination, I put lotion on my feet because none was put on the bottom of my feet during my pedicure and I immediately feel all the dead skin still on my feet! Truly my feet looked better before I got there. My French tip on my toes is also not even. I normally go to Anthony Vince nail salon and they TAKE THEIR TIMEEE with my French tip toes so I never have to examine them while I’m there! I’m so mad I cheated on them for this. Now I have to exfoliate my own feet and hope that my gel lasts longer than the other people in the comments said there’s did. Won’t be back."

"This place is so cute. The pedicure and customer service were great but unfortunately the dip service is not so great. Within 2 days of having it done, the dip cracked on my thumb. They replaced it for free, which was great. But then the very next day, the dip cracked on another finger and the next day another cracked. I currently have super glue holding the dip together on two of my nails! (The nails themselves aren’t broken, just the dip). I don’t know if it’s the quality of dip they’re using or if they’re not dipping enough times but it just doesn’t last. I’ve been to several local nail salons for dip and this is the only place I’ve had this happen. I really hate leaving this review, especially since the pedi and customer service were so great."

"awful experience. got a pedicure for $45 and it lasted maybe 20 minutes. totally rushed, when they took us to the counter to select the nail polish color it was all just dried up, cracked paint and it chipped literally after taking a shower the same day. it’s been about a month and i noticed something weird on my big toe so i took off the rest of the paint covering it and i got fungus on my big toe; which i have never had before in my life. can’t be from anywhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."
