"Customer service here is not great. I called and spoke with the store manager about a price adjustment and she said no problem just bring the receipt in. I got to the store and the assistant manager told me she couldn’t help me and wasn’t very helpful. She told me to call customer service and they told me I had to do it in store. I’m irritated that I’m now getting the run around and no one wants to help me."

"Went in today and got 4 pairs of tennis shoes to try. The only seat I could find already had several boxes from previous customers on the floor and on the seat, so I moved them to the side to try on my shoes. Upon finding the pair I liked, I took my box and went to look at the clearance section. I left my 3 boxes of shoes (in the box as they were found) I didn't like with the rest of the pile of boxes from previous customers. A sale associate approached me while I was browsing the clearance and told me I needed to clean up my shoes. I was a little taken aback by this request but went back to clean up my three boxes, leaving the others that weren't mine. I went to check out because I was done looking at this point and walked by several other areas where shoes were scattered around the try-on seats and there were no customers to clean them up. Obviously the associate didn't want to clean up the store, and wanted the customers to do it for them. At check out, I told the associate that the rest of the shoes weren't mine, as you could tell by the shoe size (I wear 7s and the boxes around me were 9s) but I was appalled that she had the nerve to tell me to do her job. I work in retail and would NEVER dare to ask a customer to return their items from a fitting room or from their cart that they didn't want. Won't be returning."
