"Both employees that helped us were super nice! Huge selection of boots, small but great selection of clothing. I found 3 sale price shirts, which I was super excited about! The employees are super knowledgeable on the boots, and helpful! You can also get a drink while you shop. Dogs are welcome!"

"Stopped in to get a cowboy hat that I had drove from two other Tecovas stores in the metroplex that said they had my size & was holding it only to find they didn’t. The team was wonderful & restored my faith in Tecovas after being disappointed at the other locations. Alex, Dylan, Ethan & Michael took the time to verify they actually had the right size and then stayed after hours to not only process the sale but to customize the hat with a brand for me & refused multiple attempts to tip them for their efforts. This Fort Worth location will get all of our business moving forward based on the above & beyond customer service that Alex and the rest of the team provided tonight. "I went to Tecovas for my first time to buy a pair of boots when I proposed to my girlfriend. After being blown away by the quality of that first pair, I went back to buy a special pair for my wedding day. The salesman ND there could not have been more helpful and made it a really fun experience picking out my second pair of Tecovas. I felt like I was shopping with an old friend and he was very patient and made sure I had the perfect pair. Definitely an added bonus getting to drink a beer while shopping too. All around from customer service to boot quality, Tecovas is head and shoulders the best, and I will be back for my next pair. Ask for ND if you need some help, he will get you looking your best!"
