"Had to show up and pick my own pick up order. Nothing was stocked properly, empty shelves, no price tags and out of place items. Yeti display near camping section smelled like urine. App will say things are in stock but items are no where to be found. One register open and everything in my cart was already paid for but could not go to customer service because no one was manning customer service. Place is going down hill."
"Purchased items for pickup. Were told would be ready today (Dec 22nd) Now they say may be ready by the 29th. Never over promise a customer. Now if I cancel the order my money will be held up for a week for a refund. This store is always very undermanned and always a pain to do business there."
"Ordered online, an item that said in stock, pick up today. Then once I placed the order the information under orders said it would be ready within 5 days. I called and it WAS in stock, they just weren't going to get around to preparing it for me. Person on the phone said I could come in and ask for it and they'll get it for me and mark it as picked up. Didn't know that's how online ordering worked! Very unorganized a this Academy."
"It was a great experience. Was a tad disorganized and things were scattered everywhere but the sales were great. No staff to be found on the floor. So I helped myself to their 20 foot ladder and grabbed my own stuff."
