"I’m not sure what happened with this place. We brought our personal and my husbands fleet vehicle here for years. They were wonderful. The past few months though something is diff. We went this morning and a couple guys were standing around. They had two trucks in the bay. They never came and said anything. My husband walked up finally and asked if they could leave his truck or get checked in and they said no you can’t leave your truck. He always does and they said not today. So we left. Apparently they don’t want business. It’s fine if we have to wait but at-least check us in or acknowledge you have a customer. Last time I waited 20 minutes and finally went to get their attention as well. If the policy changed where they don’t greet you anymore atleast tell someone so they know what to do. Anyway thought the owner may want to know. It’s possible we just went on off days as well."
