"Came in to browse the store today. However who ever the owner is I highly suggest you audit your extremely aggressive suggestive selling. I was browsing the shirts when this lady employee kept nagging me about what they have. Clearly she couldn’t get the hint that wanted to be left alone to browse. While I was looking at some band shirts she got some facts about the bands that were completely wrong. At that point I knew she was just desperately trying to make me buy something. At this point I was very uncomfortable so I just left. No hate towards the employee she’s just doing her job but this store needs to tone it down with its aggressive suggestive selling. It’s unprofessional and a shady business tactic"

"I bought doc marten sandals and they ripped after wearing them twice. I contacted the store and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. I am very disappointed with this store and the service. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else."
"Customer service is incredibly horrible never have i ever had such a hard time to only exchange 2 pairs of shoes for only a different size. There are so unwilling to help customers and they are really good at criticizing other employees and customers. Never going to that store again. Needs better management and sales associate."
