"I went yesterday with my son looking for some shoes, my son needed to use the bathroom and the manager refused to let my 5 year old son use the bathroom they claimed the bathrooms didn’t work even though I had seen one of their employees come out from the bathroom. It’s a shame that a reputable store like this treats children this way. Never coming here again."

"I brought a pair of shoes online during the pandemic and they didn't offered me curbside pickup, I was not able to get vet them on time so my order was cancelled but never got my money back, I went to the store to get it back, if not the money, a gift card with credit store at least, but the people working there didn't know nothing, they called the manager and he told me to call the 1800. I had my order and all and he didn't even checked, I am pretty sure he didn't know either. Until today, almos a year and never got my money back. I had to send an email to customer service but I never received anything from there. Bad experience, never again."
"Very helpful in finding my size. Sketchers are a great walking shoe and sometimes I have to wear a 4 in children's. The salesperson said that's like a 5 1/2 or 6 in ladies---it was just the information I needed! Found the perfect pair!"
"Manager and staff were so helpful. My sons shoes began to come apart only two weeks after buying them. There was an issues as I didn’t have my receipt I was able to provide my email as phone number for proof of purchase. They were helpful and understanding I would come back to buy here any day"
