"I’d like to start by saying the food was good, but it’s the only thing that was. The state of the bathroom was not only filthy but also dangerous. One sink had no cold water and both sinks were unmounted from the counter and moved with little force. When we told the waitress, she said that the manager was aware but didn’t seem concerned when she told them cause they had a lot going on. She never return after that conversation, other than to bring the bill, so we were never offered refills. The wait time was 20-30 mins and I counted no less than 5 employees standing at the hostess counter eating while people waited to be sat. I have been to this restaurant on 2 other occasions and it was fine but this time the service was infuriating. Times are tough for everyone and I want my money to be well spent and I thought it would be considering my past experience at this establishment, but I’m highly disappointed."

"Took forever for us to get waited on, although they were busy so that’s forgiving. However, there was a live roach in our food and they only provided compensation for one item. We still had to pay over 40$ for the rest of the food, after witnessing a live roach in one of our dishes and they refused to discount anything else. But, that being said, the three waitresses that helped us were extremely nice about everything. It was their manager that didn’t provide much of a solution."

"Started out fine. Great potato skins! Great fresh rolls! Went down hill from there. No drink refills. Ordered a salad with my meal. Didn't get it. When entree was brought out, I asked about salad. They brought it out after my entree arrived. Good news they did remove it from the bill. Couple in booth behind us hadn't gotten their food. Heard the waitress say she forgot to put the order in but would do it and put a rush on it. She apologized. Then came back with bad news... they were out of one of the items the family had ordered. The man said never mind. We are leaving. I heard them tell their child they would go to Dairy Queen."

"The staff was extremely friendly. However, we were never offered any rolls. We had to ask for them. Then I ordered a 10oz sirloin, and it was literally rotten. It had a very weird texture and had a very odd sour taste. I told the waitress, and nobody apologized about it not once. The waitress just asked, "So, do you want me to make you another one or just take it off your bill?" I definitely just had them take it off my bill.. My sweet potato tasted amazing it was just super small. And my house salad also was tasted amazing. Other than the roll situation and my rotten meat. The place wasn't horrible. However, I will not ever be going back myself. And I pray to God this didn't ruin steak for me forever."

"Dinner was delicious, but what made everything so wonderful was our awesome server Joy. She was attentive, kept our glasses filled. Super professional and friendly. I want her to be my server from now on... food was delicious.. stuffed as usual when I left..."
