"This is the worst possible BK I’ve ever visited. It will be the final time that we ever eat here! I refuse to waste my money on poor food quality & horrible customer service. Not only did I order in the app & wait 30mins to get my food, but it was not fresh. My daughter wanted mozzarella sticks & they were so old that they were hard. Save your money & go somewhere that cares about your food quality. Go somewhere that wants you to be there!"
