"I am VERY disappointed with this company. Cheri (or Sherry however you spell it) was EXTREMELY rude! She is in billing. The dentist and his assistant were fine, and honestly I would have returned to see them had it not been due to the unprofessional behavior of the billing representative, Cheri. This woman had the nerve to accuse me of LYING about my address because she had the mail sent back to her. What she FAILED to realize, is that I sold my home and once the mailman saw a "sold" sign in my yard he took it upon himself to consider my home "vacant" and I had not switched my mailing address yet so when I went to get my mail - I was surprised to see it was deemed vacant though I still was the owner and the home had not closed. So in between that time, her bill was sent back. Well she then stalked me on the internet and located my in-laws address and sent the bill there. Instead of just calling me and asking for a new address like one of the other doctor's offices did. Since my in-laws and I have not seen each other in over a month when I see them they give me my mail. I open it to the nasty note from Cheri! When I called Cheri to explain she then AGAIN claimed me to be lying. So I am mailing her a copy of the Property Value Assessment that's PUBLIC to show her I am in FACT not lying. I find it VERY disrespectful to call someone a liar! She also threatened to send me to collections - well go right ahead! I have zero issues paying my debt, but what I do have an issue with is being disrespected and called a liar!"
