"I had a flat tire fairly close to their shop. The tire truck driver, Larry, responded quickly and determined the best course of action was to tow my van to the nearest town for replacement. Larry went back to get the tire truck and hooked up the van in the rain and had a positive attitude during the entire process. During the drive to town, Larry drive safely in the rain and was very courteous. He unhooked the van when we got to the shop and we parted ways with a handshake. They got a flat bed truck to our location quickly, then drove over 100 miles to get it to our next location. Having a tire blowout when your moving across country is a scary and stressful situation, they truly made our day better and we were able to get the car fixed and back on the road the next day. Billy was our service provider and he is amazing. Told us everything we needed to know and put our minds at ease.
