"Terrible experience. I’m not sure if it was a manager that I had the experience with. As soon as I walked in to the moment I walked out the lady was extremely rude. She looked at me very ugly the whole time. Followed me as I walked out of the fitting room that they didn’t even offer to open for me as I waited over 5 minutes in a fairly empty store. As a person in sales that kind of service is very unprofessional. Such an uninviting environment. During these times you’d think employees would strive to provide great customer service to keep customers."

"If i could give a -5 star i would! I’m a retail store manager myself and i was wondering where the heck the manager who is supposed to be on duty yesterday was because all the workers were extremely unprofessional! No one to help in the fitting rooms, i stood there while there was like four people on the cash-wrap and two were free to help me but chose not to i helped myself to a fitting room that was open this would never happen in most professional stores and one of the workers looked like she was trying on clothes because she had her own key to unlock the fitting room and was trying on clothes and another worker was just watching her come out to see what looks cute didn’t even bother to help any customers out because they were too busy being chit chaty and two other employees were on the cash wrap when i went up to check out but didn’t help me out till like a min later when they both clearly saw me standing there ! One of the girls just kept looking at the other girl waiting for her to i guess ring me up but when she didn’t she rolled her eyes gave her an ugly look and ended up ringing me up! HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT these young girls that were working there were horrible, i would be so embarrassed if this was my store! Won’t be shopping there anymore customers want to shop where there is good customer service y’all should retrain all employees immediately on dressing rooms and good customer service and maybe even greeting good LORD!"

"Not sure why there's a 2.8 rating. Hopefully this changes it. I love this place. I love this location because the employees are nice. Super helpful too. Perfect place to buy an extra medium shirt when I need it."

"I am mot sure if its a mew policy but... if you take some shirts to the fitting room is because you want to try them out right ?.. a lady approached me saying "oh you have 4 shirts all same size ?, here let me give you one that is already unfolded so we dont have to refold the other ones..."
