"I had a really good experience yesterday. They recently implemented a text-reminder appointment system in addition to the reminder phone call. Dr. Kim was very detailed in his examination prior to beginning work. He explained things as he went along, which made me feel more comfortable. Jackie assisted him. She was very pleasant to talk with and it made me less nervous. They made a great team to do the best job for me. They made sure everything felt ok before I left so that I wouldn't need to make a return visit. I did not feel rushed. I was very impressed with this visit. I look forward to my cleaning in a few weeks!"

"I hate this place. I cannot believe it is on a Military facility. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like they did not care and I was a bother to them. Why would any soldier in pain want to come here?"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are extremely rude. They do not care about the welfare of the soldiers they are treating. I went in because my filling in my top molar fell out and I was in pain. My dentist told me I didn’t have even have a filling in that tooth. I told him I did. Then He told me that I wasn’t in pain. I told him I have a constant throbbing pain and when I drink hot or cold liquids it is a horrible sharp pain. He looked in my mouth and said “yep your filling came out”. Then he started telling me about how he had a bad filling done by his buddy in the 80s and it hurt for 2 years and went away. Telling me I should just ignore it until the pain goes away. He told me his whole life history over 20 minutes and then ended it with “well I can see if I can get to you today but it’s going to be a while because I have to deal with everyone else first” I was then told there were 3 people waiting. The dentist then told me that if he does it today that he would only give me a silver filling because that’s what was done in his day and it never led him wrong. Besides who would want a tooth colored tooth anyway. He also spent about 5 minutes complaining about how soldiers are told to go to dental sick call and they should just wait weeks for an appointment. If you don’t want to do your job then just say it. I wish there was a way to report this dentist but NO ONE answers the phone there. I didn’t even get the dentists name. This facility is an embarrassment."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. I waited over a hour and a half past my appointment time to even get seen. Don’t schedule this many people if you can’t uphold their app time. We have lives also."
