"Ordered a cheese steaks for my son, 2/3 of the came without cheese. Called the store for a replacement two hours latter nothing. Store has done nothing to fix the problem."
"Ordered the heart shaped pizza and paid extra for the garlic sauce. This normally comes free with the pizza but apparently it today. Regardless, I picked up the pizza and got home; no sauce! This pie is mediocre without the sauce and it’s the only reason we buy it. I called for a resolution and the gentleman’s suggestion was “I’ll put a credit on your account for next time, but just for the sauce!” Not a credit for the order, not I’ll refund the order because the pizzas not that great without it, no a $0.69 credit on your account and you can keep your order. I’ve got $32 worth of heart shaped pizza and no sauce. Never again!"
"Terrible experience. When I called the boy who claims he was a manager would not refund me for a Terribly made pizza that was delivered. He told me he would put a “credit on my account” and just call and they will know to make me one free. No proof will be needed and no refund will be granted! He also told me he wouldn’t tell me his name because “his name wasn’t important “. That’s the pizza they sent me attached and it was wet and balled up in the middle. I nicely asked for a refund and was told I could wait for an hour and half for a new one or take an alleged credit on my account but those are my only options. This pizza was not able to be eaten. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience at this location."
"After an hour and a half, I called and said I haven't received my pizza. The man who answered said he would void my order. I asked for another pizza, but was told they use Door Dash and it would probably happen again. Not one care in the world. Lazy, lazy, lazy. EXTERIMALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE. How do you respond like that in customer service? I'll update, if I don't receive my refund."
"If I could I would give a zero star rating. I ordered pizza for my partner and I and we ended up having left overs. The next day we found what looked like a whole wad of beard hairs cooked into our pizza. Disgusting. I then tried to reach out the store and attempted calling multiple times only to find out Papa Johns out sources their calls now and could not get in touch with a manager. Would not recommend. Ever."
