"I made an online order through the app to be delivered to an elderly couple who were not feeling well. The confirmation # was given through their app, my credit card was charged a delivery fee and I even added a nice tip. The delivery was promised 45 minutes later. A little bit over an hour later, the order was not delivered. I called the restaurant and the manager said they didn't deliver after 2 pm and his staff had not informed him of this needed delivery. One would think that the app would have a HUGE sign telling you NO deliveries after 2 pm or somehow stopped you from making that order. I could've picked up the order myself and delivered it in less time but was otherwise occupied. If it hadn't been that my friends were not feeling well I wouldn't have been so upset. The manager did offer to make the delivery within 40 minutes. At this point, what else can you do? My friends hadn't eaten yet. I'm so disappointed in JD!!!"
"NEVER again. Our family paid 74.00 for vegetables ONLY all protein has been removed from the salad bar. Yes it is available for extra purchase when it was offered as part of the salad bar before. Give a better company your hard earned dollars, because these people are after money for nothing. The broccoli cheese soup sat so long before they buzzed us that it had developed a skin on top."
"The salad bar was nice. There was a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and other plant-based items. Loved the three seed sea salt crackers and the black currant tea."
