"We used Bluegrass for both of our daughters' orthodontia. We have been very pleased. The doctors explained all procedures and costs ahead of time and we knew what to expect. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The doctors are very patient and kind, even when you leave your retainer in the gerbil cage! "I loved the experience at Bluegrass Orthodontics. The staff is really friendly to the kids and always very positive. They are also very time-efficient getting you and getting you out which is what you need when you have a busy schedule like mine. Whenever we needed an appointment for an emergency I could always get one. They are also very helpful about trying to find an appointment that will work for your schedule. My daughter has went there since she first needed ortho work and just a couple days ago she got her braces off, they look wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. If in the future my other kids need ortho work i will defiantly be bringing them to Bluegrass Orthodontics. "From the very first phone call to make the initial appointment for my son Joshua, Jeannine and the rest of the staff were super. After talking with Jeannine over the phone, I immediately felt welcomed to the office and I hadn't stepped foot in there yet! Today was Joshua's initial visit with Dr. Ferguson. The visit was great. Dr. Ferguson explained in detail Joshua treatment plan and we left today with Joshua in braces. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson to everyone.
