"Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication that went on during the repair process. This repair ended up costing me $1500 in out of pocket expenses which could have been easily avoided. After consulting with my insurance representative it was determined that the shop took on more work than they could handle and my collision rep didn't communicate that my repair would be delayed well past the 30 days of rental car coverage."

My calls were handled by Yecenia who was extremely professional and would transfer me over to Christie who was over my vehicle. Christie answered all of my questions as well as kept me updated with each repair and even offered options to help with the repairs that could help save me money. I can’t thank y’all enough! My vehicle was finished when promised and I appreciate all of the work that the team had put into my truck. Truly am grateful for an amazing experience!
