"Took both my cars to wreck em collision and dent for hail damage! Their name says it all! Wreck em is what they do! What a mistake! After seeing what they did to my wifes car I immediately picked mine up before they could ruin my car also! When I picked my car up Mrs. Skillman said that was ok because the insurance company said they were going to total my car! Which was a lie! I took my car to a reputable shop and their estimate was $3000.00 more than wreck ems estimate and my car was repaired and my insurance company had no problem with the way higher estimate! They had my wifes car for 8 weeks, totally ridiculous ! The car sustained more damage while in their care! FIRST! they called after a couple weeks, said it was ready! Then they said it wasn't up to their standards (this made me feel like they were looking out for us) and sent it back for repaint which after the repaint it had multiple Hazy spots and white residue everywhere! And the big deal is the color they used is not the same as the original paint its way darker! So now I have a 2 tone colored car! They ran self drilling screws through the supposedly new deck lid to secure the spoiler (which was a cheap aftermarket part) which they replaced a second time with a better made part , while buffing the paint on the trunk they hit the bottom of the back glass and deeply scratched it at the bottom all the way across it! I told them it has to be replaced they agreed!, so instead of doing the job right! they had the scratches polished out! The integrity of the glass is now compromised from the deep scratches, and to top it off, they broke a piece of the grille out on the passengers side and told me it was like that already! If it was already broken wouldnt that be part of the hail damage! Keep in mind this is a 2021 Dodge Charger that has been well taken care of! All in all, I would not, never ever recommend this shady shop to anyone! 1 star rating is only because Google won't let you use 0 stars or better yet negative stars! This place is really a negative 10 stars!! There is so much more I could write about but this seemed like enough to get the point across!! UPDATE!! Had an estimate done for all the damage wreck em caused! Over EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8000) to repair what wreck em did to my wife's car! They don't stand behind their work! They won't repair what they themselves did to the car! I wouldn't recommend this shady shop to my worst enemy! And by the way they will drive your vehicle while they have it!"
