"This service was horrible. Please do not use this individual for any car trouble. I was having issues with my vehicle as it would die down even after replacing the alternator and battery. I called Jay he came out next day and could not even figure out how to turn on the car and did not diagnose the car. He lied and said he could not scan the car's computer without turning it on which was a complete lie because the other mechanic ran my computer and diagnosed the issue with the car off. He still charged me $80 barely touching the car. The reviews on his company are not accurate because after getting another great mechanic he told many other people had the same bad experiences with Jay."
