"Was visiting from out of town, 100+ degree weather and AC was going out. Allen saw me at the last minute and was willing to come in out a Saturday morning to fix my ac before I had to head back to East Texas. When he got to working on the AC he realized that the issue was not what he originally thought and everything started working again during his testing. He didn't charge me a dollar for the diagnostic and somehow fixed the issue. Not sure how he did it, but we were very grateful and haven't had an issue since."
