He gave me an estimate and explained everything clearly to me so that I could fully understand what was wrong and how much it would be. I will definitely be going here for all my future repairs."
"It took 2.5 weeks just to change my brakes. At first they said it would take 4 days and when they didn't call me after the first week, I called again and it was almost like they forgot they even had my car. They proceeded to tell me that they had to order some things and it would be done by that upcoming Friday but when Friday rolled around it wasn't ready. They didn't even call to say anything and just closed up for the weekend like it was no big deal. I showed up the following Monday and said that I wanted my car and they said that it was on the lift and I needed to come back the next day because they weren't finished. Absolutely horrible service and I will not be back."
"We were traveling through the area and started having trouble with our F350. The mechanics at West Texas looked at it first thing in the morning and determined that we only needed new batteries. They had us back on the road before noon. Would recommend them for honest and fast service. They open at 8:00 am (inside joke) and recommended a great breakfast place for us. "Sunroof broken from hailstorm yesterday, broken glasses on top of us. I am a VIP at Ford and they didn't even bother to help me with my problem they just suggested to go to a mobile detailing service and that there vaccum doesn't work with glass I am glad that West Texas Automotive accepted me on the spot and they tried their best to help me with my concern by cleaning out my sunroof with broken glasses. They are willing to help when you need them the most. You can count on West Texas Automotive. Thank you so much."
