"This was not a good experience. Rachel helped she was nice but ended up selling us a shoe and said they were part of the 2 for 99 and after we looked at receipt down the road. we did not get the deal. called back spoke to assistant manager and he was not very helpful and didn’t wanna honor the deal. Told us to return them instead of trying to fix the issue. so ended up taking back 5 pairs of shoes and will not go back. I think you need to reconsider your approach guys"
"Best shoes I've ever owned, I usually buy my shoes from Clarks, they are very high quality and super light. I've bought shoes for every occasion and they never disappoint. This location is the only one in town since they closed down the Cielo Vista Mall store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Outlet Shoppes is the place to go and save lots of money. Ample parking space and very well located."
