"I drove there to have a nail removed from a tire..and they refused to fix it! I went to Plaza Tire and they didn't hesitate to fix it!"
"We had tires installed elsewhere. Wal Mart rotated the tires a few months later. When we went back to have the tires rotated by Wal Mart the next time, they said a bolt was stripped out, we needed to get it fixed, and it was the fault of who ever put the tires on. Of course if this were true, they would have noticed the first time they rotated the tires. We won’t go back."
"Ordering tires that are out of stock is like pulling teeth, the employees are excellent, I just wish walmart supported them more and updated their tools and equipment to make it easier on everyone. There computer looks like it's from the 90's and the speed matches."
"90% of employees there are EXTREMELY rude. It will make you sick watching them walk around shaking their heads cussing under their breath. Had no choice but to go there twice and both times were an anxiety attack. Oh yeah and if you have no other choice but to go to them, double check your paperwork because they try to charge you for tire disposal fees after they throw your old tires in the back of your truck."
"They mess something up every time I take my car there. This time they had stripped out a bolt on a tire that is aftermarket and I had to personally get it fixed. They only thing they had to do was mount and balance my tires I ordered. They did reimburse me for the parts I had to purchase but I will not be returning to them to ever have any service to my car. They do not have any idea what they're doing."
