"Makes appointments without anyone there to do said work on vehicles and instead of calling me to cancel waits till I get there talking about rescheduling, they should get there before the first scheduled appointment to be able to call off. You wasted 3 hours of my time and diesel as well as cost me a days pay because they couldn’t pick up the phone to cancel…"
