"Napa has better quality parts an if they don't have them in stocks ATM the staff will make sure u have what u need by end of the day or on some rarely orders it may take next morn to get...great autoparts..best thing they know their auto parts an it's not likely u will ever get wrong part or bad service.. ain't nothing more aggravating than find out ur part doesn't fit an drive 15miles back to town an the guy sold u a part to completely different make of truck. Smh... great auto parts."

"Called for two fuel filters. Said they had them. Asked to have pulled with my name on them and will pick up at 4. Said ok. Got there, filters not pulled a employee i spoke with was gone. I did not bring the filters #'s because they were supposed to be sitting out for me. So, i said I'd call next day with #'s. Called and they actually did not have one of the filters. Would have to order and be there next. My dozer is down two days now. Went to O'Reilly's"
