"I am updating my review to reflect my most recent experiences. Customer service has been great. The people who will work their friendly and the food has been great! This place used to be good. It's gone way downhill just in the last 6 months. The last few times I've ordered, I've ordered extra sauce but received almost no sauce and the pizza was undercooked. I understand flukes happen, but it happened multiple times in a row, so not a fluke. They are too expensive to not get your order right."
"Will never order from I Fratellis again. On hold for over 10 minutes. This is not the 1st time it’s happened. I finally hung up. Their pizza is good but customer service sucks. Obviously they don’t care. Typical in today’s society-charge a high price but service sucks and they get away with it."
